[virtmach] administrivia: new mailing list host

I have just moved the virtual machines mailing list from majordomo1 to
majordomo2. As far as I can tell from testing, it should look pretty much
the same. The only wart is that if you were subscribed to both individual
messages and the daily digest, the conversion script lost your individual
message subscription.

The address has also changed to virtmach@lists.iecc.com, admin address
majordomo@lists.iecc.com, although the old addresses should continue to
work indefinitely.
