0.3 Updates

Hello again,

I have great news! Thanks to Lee, bootstrapping the vm and image can 
now be done with the vm and image. Flow-style file access, 
image-saving, and a proper GC are now implemented. So with some 
administrative details left to work on (updating the manuals, 
particularly the Mobius manual), we should be releasing 0.3 Final in a 
few days.

The current tarball and CVS both have this set of features and are 
debugged as much as we have ascertained.
