Initial core port of "Squeak Traits"

I have updated the alpha repository and image-set to bootstrap in all  
the changes that had been residing in main. Some of those changes are  
relevant to the Trait work.

As usual, to get these, delete your big/little.image files and run  
"make newboot" to re-download them and run the setup phase once you  
have an updated slate-current or repository-based download.
